LOST & FOUND is piling up. See anything that belongs to you?

Miss Smith's Kindergarten class started to dive into the world of CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) patterned words. After just a couple weeks of practice the kiddos are sounding out & building words all on their own! Kindergarten ROCKS!

Are you in need of help this Christmas? We will be sending Community Christmas forms home with our elementary students this week and will have forms available in the office for students in 6-12!

This month, CAB PreK is learning about all things trees! Today, they ventured out to look for pine cones!

4th & 5th Graders interested in skiing: Check this out!

Five students from Miss Raymond's 5th grade class achieved 100% on their 6's multiplication quiz today!

Miss Smith's Kindergarten class has been working hard on their letters as well as spelling their names! Today we made "Name Turkeys" in anticipation for Thanksgiving!
Gobble, gobble, and VERY happy Friday to you!

Parents: Please check the Documents section of the app to see a letter from the Health Department. We have one positive case of whooping cough within our school community, and the letter provides information regarding precautions. The student has not been in school for over a week at this time.

Miss Smith's Kindergarten class learned about the importance of voting!
We did a silly mock voting activity, where the kiddos casted their vote on their preference of…
- Cheeseburger vs. Hot Dog
- Milkshake vs. Ice cream cone
- Donut vs. Cake
- Fries vs. Onion Rings
We had so much fun doing this & practicing our right to vote!

Our littlest CAB crew is in their 3rd week and keeping busy!

To kick off our elementary party, family members participated our first ever "trunk or treat" for our Concord Students.
This was a fun way to invite families and friends to our school and celebrate the fun aspects of learning!

The Graphic Design class has already accomplished so much this semester! We've worked on everything from image manipulation to logos, SM posts, slide presentations, calendars and most recently book cover designs. We also created logo images for the Crooked Tree Arts Center New Years 2025 art competition. Go CAB Art!

A huge thank you to the CAB parent group for providing cider and donuts to all of our students this morning! We appreciate all that they do for our students!

Our elementary teacher team turned up to school today as the characters from Inside Out!

Our 6-8 grade science classes recently completed an exciting analogy project where they took something they know and turned it into a model of a cell! Each student chose a familiar system—like a zoo, farm, or even the White House—and used it to represent cell organelles and their functions. By creatively comparing the structures and responsibilities within their chosen system to parts of a cell, they gained a deeper understanding of cell biology and showcased their incredible creativity. The results were impressive, and the students did an amazing job making the invisible world of cells come alive!

The 4th/5th grade class wrapped up their first unit of Science with a Food Chain Project. These projects helped students show their understanding of predators, prey, animal classifications and energy flow throughout the ecosystems around us!
