CAB Families: If you qualify for assistance, these may be some resources to explore.

Good Afternoon CAB Families!
We attempted to drive the bus routes today, and because of the state of our routes, school will be closed Thursday and Friday. We hope that the extra time will allow more backroads to open up so we can pick up all of our students! We hope to see you back on Monday, April 7th! Stay safe and warm everyone!

School will be cancelled Wednesday, April 2nd due to incoming weather, power outages, and continued road conditions. We hope that everyone is safe, and as warm as you can be! Please check your email for a letter from Ms. Leist.

Great Start to Quality (GSQ) aims to enhance the quality of early care and education, ultimately creating a positive impact on children's futures. Recently, Mrs. T completed the Quality Improvement Process with GSQ for our preschool program and was recognized for achieving the highest level of quality, "Demonstrating Quality"!

Good Morning! I hope everyone is staying safe and mostly warm! School still has no power, so we'll keep you updated.

School will be closed today, March 20, due to weather and road conditions. Please stay safe and warm, and enjoy your Spring Break!

🌈🍀 A mischievous leprechaun visited our preschool classroom and left a trail of chaos behind! Chairs were tipped and tiny green footprints were everywhere! Our curious and clever little learners had a blast discovering the leprechaun’s silly mess and working together to clean up. 💚🌟

Concord Academy art students are part of the Crooked Tree Youth Art Competition this year. Many students of our school are represented, and our exhibit looks great as part of the Gilbert and Bonfield Galleries that are covered floor to ceiling with thousands of unique works of art created by area student artists.
The exhibition will be on display March 11 - April 26, 2025. There will be an opening reception on March 15, 2025, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. This event is free and open to the public. Awards will be selected during the first month of the exhibition and announced at our awards ceremony on Thursday, April 17, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.

Great News! We've found a part-time bus driver to become part of our crew! Susan Forster will be joining us Monday to cover Miss Jamie's route until she gets back, and we will be working her into our regular schedule after that. Bussing is back to normal on Monday!!

Our first Mystery Reader for Elementary today was Rachel Anderson, author of The Puppy Predicament and Lagatha's Curse!
Students enjoyed hearing the first chapter of "The Puppy Predicament" and asking questions to Rachel about writing and what it takes to become an author. Of course, we got to see some cute puppies too! 🐶
Rachel Anderson is a great author for young readers. We thank her for volunteering her time to share the love of reading with our students. If your family would like a copy of her books, they can be found at the links below.
